Poughkeepsie is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Poughkeepsie is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Tea Talk has such a calm and inviting atmosphere. The plants, wooden furniture, and unique decor make the space feel warm and relaxing. There’s a nice selection of teas, and the staff was friendly and helpful when choosing one. A lovely spot to slow down and enjoy a quiet drink.

I mean this respectfully. It’s really disappointing how bad the drinks are now, on top of how expensive it is. I genuinely don’t know why the business turned out how it is now. There are other boba places that I could recommend that not only taste better, but are also reasonably priced. This is not one of them. To the ownersβ€”I remember when you used to be quality when you first opened up: these tasty drinks were bigger and cheaper. Now, you are cutting corners with the quality: the taste is consistently off with each drink, the size is smaller, and the prices are criminally high. You are capable. Do better.

My partner and I decided to stop by for a quick boba drink before seeing a movie, and we were ecstatic with our experience. The shop is a really cute little store with a ton of tea options and supplies. The customer service was incredible and they answered all of my questions, accommodating all of my annoying health concerns. The milk teas we ordered were absolutely delicious and completely customizable, which I very much appreciated. We would recommend everyone to try this place and will most definitely be a loyal customer!

Not knowing what to expect when I walked in, I was impressed by the pretty shop. Lots of fun things to look at, an elegant display rack with really nice tea cups and pots. Friendly owner and staff. A good sized menu of delicious bubble teas and also a nice selection of dried tea! A really nice experience

Absolutely love coming here! It's never been super busy each time I've been here. So far, I've tried 3 different drinks and each one is amazing in their own ways! Their tapioca is never hard or stale and their drinks are top notch. They have made my boba/bubble tea standard high
